The client is looking for a talented and creative caliber to manage a small team with strong styling experience and understanding of commercial photography studios. You will be playing a key role in setting visual and aesthetic standards and SOPs for merchandise layout in websites and other digital platforms, as well as implementing seasonal trend guidelines. You will also be supporting the management to turn business objects into innovative styling workflows, to enhance operation efficiency, to delivery high quality imagery, etc.
Requirements:
? Bachelor degree or above in fashion merchandising or visual communications
? With at least 7-8 years of experience managing a team for professional and commercial styling
? Impressive portfolio that demonstrates outstanding mastery of various categories of styling
? With good knowledge of market trends and passion for aesthetics, an exceptional eye for detail is highly desirable
