Responsibilities:

? Controllable coverage expansion. Responsible to expand controllable coverage across all regions vs. roadmap (no compromise on quality) partnering with RSODs and Regional Heads.

? ND coverage expansion. Responsible to consistent execution of ND expansion program.

? Develop best practice processes and tools for distributor management. Responsible to develop the distributor management processes and tools through regional best practice.

? Personnel Management. Responsible for assistant RTM manager to build the effective RTM organization, through plans/information communication, feedback and follows, ensure all commitments delivery.

Requirements:

? University degree or equal by sound experience in distributor management.

? At least 8 years in FMCG industry, specially in field sales and distributor management. At least 1-2 years in project management.

? Excellent English language in writing, and good in speaking & listening comprehension.

? High impact/influence skills and drive for results. Communication, co-operation and relationship building skills. Strong Organizing skills and Teamwork. Business Understanding.
