职位描述：
Responsibilities & Duties
Manage the relationship with business and handle stakeholders’ communication;
 Manage allocated projects/enhancements for agreed schedule and budget
Define the scope of work for each new project/enhancement, estimate work efforts
 High level design of the architecture as well as the detailed design.
Evaluate and solve project/enhancement related risks and issues
Identify tasks and responsibilities for assigned team members
Ensure and track quality and progress of deliverables
Conduct lessons learned for project/enhancement

Skills, Experience, and Educational Background
Bachelor degree in computer science or above
 3+ years of experience in a technical project leader role
Fluent English communication capability and experience in working within a globalized environment
Good documentation and presentation skills
Familiar with Tivoli Identity Manager(TIM), Tivoli Directory Integrator, Oracle Directory Server, or similar products
Good knowledge in web application development and related interfaces.
Solid understanding of major Database Management system and related development including ORACLE DB Server and PL/SQL language
Familiar with different software development methodology and good knowledge in CMMI is preferred.
Good at self-management, quick study, and problem solving and team work 举报 分享
