职位描述：
Our client is the world's leading brand, with their ever stronger presence in the global market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
l Develop and administrate compensation programs to ensure equity internally and competitiveness with the external market.
l Work with external consulting company on annual salary survey to benchmark market movement to ensure the competitiveness of C&B programs.
l Develop Human Resources policies & procedures pertinent to Compensation & Benefit, to ensure HR systems effectively meet the business needs and be in compliance with labor law and regulations and consistency with global policies.
l Review existing policies & procedures and drive continuous improvement.
l Improve employee satisfaction with creative C&B structure and policies.
l Lead and manage C&B team daily job and develop team members.

REQUIREMENTS:
l At least 8 years related working experience in high- tech manufacturing company, in which 2 years in a managerial role.
l Experience in market salary survey and job grading system is a must.
l Good understanding of labor law and related government policies and regulations.
