Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Work closely with all the vendors, 3PLs and carriers on daily operations.
2. Shipment follow up / arrangement / documentation work.
a. U-turn shipments: Work and communicate effectively with boned WH/ Free Trade Zone/ Logistics part to make sure all shipments would be arranged per clients’ requirements.
b. Export shipments: FCL/ LCL/ courier shipments arrangement from various vendors in China/ Thailand/ Vietnam to US/ UK WH or to clients.
c. Check and provide related shipping doc. to US office / clients or related parties, make sure all doc. is provided accurately and timely.
3. Shipment tracking/ and record maintain/ payment follow up etc.
4. Emergency handling.
5. Other signed jobs by Logistics manager.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. College or above in related majors.
2. Good command of English (both written & oral).
3. Minimum 3 years working experience in logistics of foreign trade company is preferred.
4. Knowledge of inland U-turn shipment/ or experience on bonded WH is an advantage.
5. Good computer skills.
6. Excellent communication skills.
7. Customer oriented, proactive and self motivated.
