Job Responsibilities:
1. Reviews or develops market assessments and oversees the creation and implementation of marketing plans developed by marketing staff, coordinating with other functions as needed.
2. Works with sales management to develop and implement marketing strategies and activities to directly support sales force efforts and drive revenue results.
3. Ensures customer focus through the active use of market research and customer segmentation, coordinating with sales and operations to ensure customer needs are met through appropriate product portfolio and service delivery.
4. Coordinates with branding function on leveraging and incorporating brand management into marketing plans and tactics.
5. Oversees the management of all elements of the marketing mix including product portfolio, positioning, promotion and pricing.
6. Through frequent customer contact, identifies new business and market opportunities, and recommends strategies to develop and implement them.
7. Manages the performance of direct reports by developing accountabilities, establishing performance objectives, providing feedback and guidance and ensuring that all policies are understood and adhered to.
8. Performs other duties as directed.
Job Requirements:
1. University Degree in business administration or a related discipline.
2. Extensive business-to-business marketing management experience, preferably from a service-related industry or large technology-based company.
3. Experience in market analysis, development of business plans, and competitive marketing strategies.
4. 5-8 years working experience on marketing
