Position Title : Compensation and Benefit Specialist
Department : Human Resources
Duties and Responsibilities:
Routine jobs:
- Responsible for monthly payroll to ensure timely and accurately delivery.
- Work with vender to handle monthly social welfare to ensure the accuracy of employee benefit information in HRIS and balance of each month debit from vendor.
- Monthly and yearly Individual Income Tax calculation and declaration for different legal entities.
- Responsible to handle leave management to ensure all data accuracy in HRIS.
- Prepare HR monthly and yearly reports and make them updated timely and accuracy.
- Prepare all payment requests process for social insurance, IIT, benefits, etc.
- Prepare C&B related certification/letters upon requirement in time.
- Work together with vender to handle staff benefits. Timely provide staff movement list to vendor to secure staff benefit entitlement.
Projects:
- Support to prepare documents for internal and external audit.
- Support to collect and analyze government latest law and regulations to design or improve existing policy/process.
- Support to prepare and launch the yearly projects of health checkup, supplemental medical insurance, festival benefit, etc.
- Assist C&B functions on other assignment when required
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of relevant HR working experience
- 2+ Years of C&B experiences at least
- With high team spirit and personal efficiency
- Detail-oriented, patient, good interpersonal communication
- Ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks, can manage work time efficiently.
- Good English skill both written and oral
