Due to growth of business scope and complexity of Aftersales Lifestyle business operation, in order to manage product, sales and market operations of all aspects of business. Three service providers are requested to maintain business order and oversees business opportunities and risks for the following three aspects:
a.Product and Stock Management
b.Dealership Sales Training and Support
c.Partnership Sales Development
Service Scope
Business operation management for Lifestyle licensed stores in China
- Daily control and management of Lifestyle licensed store operations within China
- Daily communication with partner, internal departments and AG for shop operations and approvals needed
- Monthly business review for sales and project expansion
- Monthly review meetings with related counter parties
- Yearly business planning and quarterly review together with business partner and AG
Sales opportunities and channel development for Lifestyle business in China
- Yearly E-commerce sales planning and execution
- Yearly Staff shop operations and campaign plan
- Daily communication for possible joint sales campaign and sales cooperation

Sales promotions and dealer support
- Sales campaign plans every year
- Monthly sales updates and sales analysis
- Monthly adjustment to campaign plan
- Daily communications with dealers, regions and internal teams in relates of campaign preparation and launch
Sales oriented event management (with support of AS Marketing)
- Yearly Lifestyle launch event
- Yearly Lifestyle sales operations in auto shows
- Product experience events at regions
- Any other event with sales opportunities
Qualification
- Bachelor or above
- 8+ years working experience of business development
- Experience in consuming goods industry is a plus, favorable in premium brand
- Very good understanding of sales operations and sales channel developments
- Excellent knowledge of MS office, especially Excel and Power point
- Good communication skills in written and spoken English
- Self-motivated and self- disciplined
- Ability of working under pressure
