职位描述：
服务经理
工作内容：
1、售后服务部日常事务的管理；
2、制定售后服务管理制度和业务流程工作标准；
3、制定售后服务工作计划，保证售后服务月度和季度经营指标的完成；
4、制定售后服务内训计划；
5、处理顾客重大投诉；
6、保持和厂家相关人员沟通和交流的渠道畅通；
7、接收、阅读、宣贯和执行厂家发布的通知、文件等；
8、向厂家反馈各类报表、文件及资料；
9、负责组织实施服务活动。

任职要求：
1、汽车、营销类全日制本科及以上学历；三年以上同岗位经验；
2、熟悉4S店管理模式，有熟练的驾驶技术；
3、熟悉国家汽车相关法律法规，具有一定的服务营销及丰富的汽车理论知识；
4、有较强的组织协调沟通能力及解决突发事件的能力；
5、较强的自我学习能力和行业知识学习能力，能够承担工作压力，有良好的服务意识和团队合作精神。
