JOB SUMMARY工作综述:
协助财务总监建立成本核算系统，负责成本核算及保证成本数据的准确。

RELATIONSHIP工作关系:
Immediate Supervisor: 财务副总监
Subordinates: 无
Internal contact: 质量部、采购及物流部、EHS、制造部
External contact: 无

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES工作职责:
1. 与相关业务部门配合建立标准成本系统，包括原材料、产成品标准成本，人工标准、制造费用标准并进行毛利分析。定期复核和及时更新相关标准成本信息。
2. 编制成本费用类凭证，定期编制成本差异分析报告，包括材料价格差异、材料用量差异、制造费用差异。
3. 配合物流部门监控公司原材料库房和在产品及产成品库房所有材料及成品存货的运行、流转情况，负责按月提供库存情况报告。
4. 按期编制和提交有关成本费用的报告，包括单位成本、单位毛利成本、实际成本与预算的对比分析，并及时调整成本标准，负责及时向管理层解释这些报告。
5. 作为部门质量体系内审员，负责本部门有关质量体系的相关工作，推动质量体系的运行。
6. 协助组织存货盘点；分析盘点差异；对存货进行账龄分析及多余库存分析。
7. 部门及公司领导交办的其他工作

QUALIFICATIONS任职要求:
本科以上学历，中南财大或西南财大毕业
？3年以上制造企业成本核算经验。
？精通成本核算方法，对标准成本及标准成本控制有较深的理解和实际工作经验。
？了解成本核算及控制的前沿思想，富有探索精神。
？保密意识。
