职位描述：
一、招聘岗位：人事行政专员

二、所属部门：行政部

三、上班地点：绵阳广鸿别克店(绵阳市经开区机场东路206号）

四、岗位职责：

1、在领导安排下负责采购4S店低值易耗办公用品，在领导的安排下办理办公用品请购手续
2、负责办公用品的采购、发放、登记、保管、负责办公用品账目的报销
3、文件草拟、发布及归档管理、对4S店制度的草拟、文件的发布和归档
4、负责收发文件、传真、邮件、报刊、票务预订、名片印制等工作并作好记录
5、做好收发文的处理，做好文书的签收、登记、拟办、传阅、拟稿、封发、保管、借阅、整理、归档
6、定时对各部门的日常工作进行检查，并将检查结果发给相关部门、复查各部门对于不合格项目的整改情况
7、做好会议安排和会后内容整理工作，对会议中形成的决议及任务协助行政经理落实工作
8、做好会前准备、会议记录、协助行政经理对会议中形成的决议及任务落实情况的检查
9、根据领导交办的任务需求，合理分配任务，根据时间节点对参与任务人员进行考核。
10、员工考勤、福利、生日、社保及公积金办理等
11、上级领导交办的任务



五、任职资格：

1.大学本科及以上，211、958院校毕业生优先，专业不限；

2.有相关工作经验、通晓管理专业知识者优先；

3.出色的条理性、良好的沟通能力、人际交往能力、组织协调能力、学习能力、熟练掌握WORD、EXCEL、PPT等办公软件；
