职位描述：
养护主管岗位职责：
1、全面负责项目绿植的养护巡检工作；
2、全面负责项目养护成本控制、客户沟通；
3、全面负责项目养护团队的管理与培养；
4、熟悉园林植物的品种、生长特性、种植管理办法等；
5、具有较好的组织协调能力；
6、能为绿植养护提供专业技术指导，并解决各类疑难问题；预防各种病虫害的发生并采取积极有效的防治措施；
7、负责与公司内部、外部的沟通工作，随时上报。

养护专员岗位职责：
1、负责绿化养护区域内的定期施肥、浇水、除草和培土，并及时修枝整形、补栽补种，掌握植物病虫害的防治方法。
2、及时处理枯枝落叶、清理场地，定期进行草坪的剪割、养护。
3、正确并熟悉园林养护机械的操作方法和安全使用规程。
4、负责对责任区绿化进行管理，做好绿化养护的日常巡视工作，纠正破坏绿化的行为。
5、做好排涝、防台风工作，参加突发事件的应急处理。
6、服从并及时完成领导交办的工作安排，遵守工作纪律。

工作要求：
1、居住地：绵阳
2、学历要求：本科（二本）及以上学历
3、园林、园林工程、土木工程及相关专业
4、具有1-3年以上园林养护经验，曾负责大型项目绿化养护工作者优先
5、具备C1驾照
6、工作地点：成都或者绵阳
