岗位职责
Job Description
1、 审核公司重要的财务报表和报告，与CEO共同对财务报表和报告的质量负责；
Examine and verify important financial statements and reports; responsible for the quality of financial statements and reports together with the CEO;
2、 参与审定公司的财务管理规定以及其他经济管理制度，监督检查公司和下属单位财务运作和资金收支情况；
Participate in examining the company’s financial management provisions and other economic management systems, supervise and check financial procedures, receipts and imbursements of the company and the subordinate units;
3、 与公司CEO联合审批规定限额范围内的公司经营性，融资性，投资性，固定资产购建支出和和汇往境外资金以及担保贷款事项；
Examine and approve jointly with the company’s CEO matters involving the company’s operational profitability, financing, investment, the expenditures for fixed assets construction, funds remitted overseas and guaranteed loans;
4、 参与审核公司重大经营计划，方案，包括年度财务预算和决策方案，资金使用和调度，产权交易方案，费用开支计划，利润分配方案，弥补亏损方案和改制破产方案等；
Participate in auditing the company’s important operating plans and strategies, including the annual financial budgets and decision-making, fund application and dispatch, title transactions, expenditure plans, profit distribution, loss recovery and strategies for reorganization and bankruptcy, etc.
5、 对出资人，董事会批准的公司重大经营计划，方案的执行情况进行监督；
Supervise the implementation of the company’s important business plans and strategies approved by the board of directors;
6、 依法检查公司财务会计活动及相关业务活动的合法性，真实性和有效性，及时发现和制止违反国家法律法规的行为和可能超成出资人重大损失的经营行为，并向出资人，董事会报告；
Check the legality, authenticity and effectiveness of the company’s financial accounting activities and relevant business activities according to law(s), promptly discover and restrain the behaviors violating the national laws and regulations and operations which may contribute to heavy losses. Report such cases to the board of directors.
7、 定期向出资人，董事会，监事会报告公司及下属单位的资产运作和财务情况，并接受出资人，董事会，监事会的质询。
Regularly report asset operational status and financial status to the contributor(s), board of directors and board of supervisors; and respond to the inquiries from the contributor(s), board of directors and board of supervisors.
岗位要求
Job Requirements
1、 全日制本科及以上学历，财务等相关专业，年龄在40岁左右为佳；持注册会计师证，以及至少一个国外注册会计师证。
Full-time Bachelor degree or above, major in finance or the relevant professions, aged about 40 preferred, holder of the Certificate of Certified Public Accountant and at least one overseas certificate of certified public accountant.
2、 具有十年以上相关大中型集团企业财务管控经验（有跨多行业集团公司背景者优先），有上市公司工作经验，熟悉国际会计准则（有海外工作经历优先）。
With over five years financial management and control experience in a relatively large and/or medium sized conglomerate (experience with a multi-industry conglomerate preferred), experience in a listed company, familiar with International Accounting Standards (overseas working experience preferred).
3、 出色的领导管理才能，先进的管理、战略理念，熟悉现代企业管理制度及模式。
Outstanding leadership and management talent, progressive philosophies in management and strategy; Familiar with modern enterprise management systems and modes.
4、 较强的沟通、谈判、人际交往及公关协调能力，英语熟练。
Relatively strong capacities in communication, negotiation, interpersonal association and public relations; a good command of English.
5、 良好的团队协作及服务意识，形象气质佳。
