岗位职责：
1、根据公司平台构建与营销发展战略，制定市场拓展计划，并进行目标分解；
2、建立并维护同各大分运营中心保健品市场良好的合作关系，维护公司品牌形象，提高产品市场占有率和竞争力；
3、负责全国分运营中心保健品市场开拓；
4、分析市场动态，负责目标市场合作的制定、审核、执行，收集并反馈市场及产品信息，撰写报告；
5、负责下属人员日常工作及业务的管理、指挥、监督、检查、落实。

任职要求：
1、年龄28-45岁，性别不限，大专及以上学历，8年以上工作经验，3年以上保健品品牌运营经验，有市场资源者优先；
2、具有丰富的营销渠道和营销网络资源，具备三年以上大区域管理经验；
3、具有较强的沟通协调能力和洞察力，有较强的团队组建与管理能力；
4、良好的商务谈判能力，具备项目领导者能力；
5、诚实守信，具备良好的职业操守；
6、有较强的团队组建能力和整合运作能力优先。
