岗位职责;
1.根据公司的方针目标，编制、审核部门的方针目标，并做好检查、落实和考核工作；
2.负责制定公司质量管理制度，建立健全质保体系，对产品质量实施有效控制，负责产品质量的检验、控制和考核；
3.负责将公司的质量目标分解到各分厂和部门，并负责其检查、落实和考核工作；
4.负责公司全面质量管理的组织、协调、督促和考核工作；
5..负责建立完善的质保体系，并负责其转版、复评审查工作，确保体系在公司的正常运行；
6.组织建立质量信息网，负责公司内外质量信息反馈的传递、储存和处理；
7.负责组织公司重大质量事故的调查、分析和处理，严格执行质量奖惩规定，正确行使质量否决权；
8..负责全公司仪器、仪表和度、量衡器的归口管理工作；
9.完成领导交办的其它工作。
技能及知识要求：
1.机械类专业大专及以上学历；
2.熟悉ISO9000、ISO14000、ISO18000、API 11E等相关标准和规范；
3.熟悉机械加工、结构件焊接制造的加工工艺；
4.5年以上相关工作经验。
