职位描述
岗位职责：
1 认真贯彻落实上级领导的指示，做好上传下达的任务。
2 做好学习管理师的培训工作，建设一支团结互助，具有较强工作能力的优秀团队。
3 做好学习管理师各项职责的监督考核工作。做好与家长、学生、老师三方沟通。指导学习管理师做好与家长的沟通工作和孩子的回访记录。
4 负责对学生人数的统计。
5 坚持每周一次的例会制度，把挽单工作完成在萌芽阶段。
6 承担起中心的保单、续单任务,做好续费动员工作，完成续费任务。
7 对陪读教室的管理，给学生一个清洁，温馨的学习环境。
8 加强对陪读老师的管理，给学生最好的一个课外辅导员。
9 做好与各部门的协调工作，完成学校的教育教学任务。
10 完成领导交办的其他临时工作。
行业背景 ：从事过教育教学工作，做过学管师工作。对行业有一定的了解。
从业年限 ：3年以上的教育管理工作
知识技能 ：对心理学、管理学、教育学都要有相应的了解，熟练操作办公系统。
专业经验 ：有3年以上教学管理专业经验
素 质 ：良好的书面、口头表达能力，工作条理性强，应变能力、协调、沟通、控制能力好，能掌控好与家长、学生交流的方向与力度。责任心强，敬业心强，服务意识强，有较强的管理能力。
