职位描述
主要职责：
1、根据学校发展战略，制定招商计划，并按计划开展各项工作；
2、负责商业项目前期招商工作及后期营运工作；
3、负责学校项目的招商管控工作，管理代理学校，并对代理学校的工作进行把控和跟进；
4、负责商户引进、洽谈招商内容、签约等相关工作；
5、处理在招商过程中的突发事件及投诉工作；
6、全面负责后期商业运营管理工作，严格执行商业营运管理规范和各项管理制度，保证校区的正常运行；
任职条件：
1、大专及以上学历，经济、市场营销等相关专业；
2、3年以上大型商业项目招商经验，熟悉各种招商流程，熟悉教育行业业务管理模式，具备行业品牌及市场动态分析能力，具有五大行招商相关工作经验者优先；
3、具备娴熟的商业招商及运营管理经验，较强的沟通协调能力，拥有丰富的客户资源，具有团队管理能力；
4、熟练运用office办公软件，英文熟练者尤佳。
