大专及以上学历，教育、销售、管理等相关专业毕业，普通话达二甲及以上。
知识技能：
具备市场营销、开拓等相关知识，有销售技巧和销售理念；有丰富的招生管理经验，对本地区教育行业有一定了解。
需要具备的能力及素质:
具有敏锐的市场洞察力和应变能力，良好的判断力；具有积极开拓精神，能够承受工作压力，很强的执行能力；有良好的语言表达能力，协调组织能力要强，善于团队合作；工作要有条理性；善于处理复杂的关系及较强的交往能力；反应灵敏，有魄力，有激情；坦诚、自信，高度的工作热情。
