职位描述
岗位职责：
1、负责数学部的教学设计管理工作；
2、建立本学科的教学团队和学习资源库；
3、组织教学团队开展本学科的新产品研发工作；
4、发掘教育市场需求，提出新产品研发建议；
5、积极组织参与学校各种培训、教研、讲座、会议等活动；
6、协助校长做好校区管理方面的工作；
7、服从学校和部门的工作安排。
职位要求：
1、全日制本科以上学历，重点院校，有教研经验者优先
2、熟悉本学科的教学体系和考试方向，有良好的归纳总结能力和扎实的学科基本功；
3、三年以上初、高中数学教学管理经验（学校或专业培训机构皆可）；
4、善于因材施教，能开拓发掘组织多种教学方式，灵活教学 ；
5、表达能力优秀，思维灵活，富有亲和力，有责任心，有师德，擅长于学生、家长沟通
6、有较强的组织协调能力，具备团队合作精神；
7、熟悉各种学习资料获取渠道、熟悉教育机构运作模式者优先考虑；
8、理解认同中谦教育的企业文化。
