学历及专业要求：
大专及以上学历，教育、心理学、销售、管理等相关专业毕业，普通话达二甲及以上。有教育行业经历，对行业有一定的了解，对学科较熟悉，能对学生学业及个性习惯问题进行一定的分析，有较强的销售意识。

需要具备的能力及素质：
热爱教育，自信乐观，有积极主动的个性，口齿伶俐，反应敏锐，气质沉稳。有良好的书面和口头表达能力，工作条理性强，应变能力、协调、沟通和掌控局面的能力强。富有亲和力，有爱心，有耐心；良好的学习能力，能承受工作压力，在挫折面前有锲而不舍的精神。具有团队协作精神和能力。

岗位职责：
负责来电来访接待咨询及协助签单工作，为学生教育现状进行咨询诊断和学习测评，制定辅导方案，规划学生学习课程。围绕学习中心招生开展工作,属于学习中心招生服务,执行及管理性岗位
