Primary Responsibilities:

 

Nexus Globalization Materials Planning

- Material bound in and out planning, purchasing order request releasing. Be responsible for achieving relevant KPI performance targets especially plan attainment, on time delivery and inventory control.

- MRP planning and result analysis in ERP system based on demand, BOM and Routing set up.

- Purchasing Order Request releasing and follow up Purchasing Order status with Logistic and Sourcing teams, ensure material on time arrival to well support manufacturing and no shortage happen.

- Material pre-purchasing planning for key long lead time parts.

- Participate improvement activities with sourcing for material lead time improvement to ensure reliable customer service.

- Manage for key performance indicators especially on time delivery and RAW inventory control level's achievement.

- Early involve from New Product Introduction period, well prepare material cutover plan to support business product transfer.

Nexus Globalization project execution 

-        Lead Nexus Globalization project execution in Xinhua’s OTR

Xinhua Fulfilment Center management

-        Demonstrate expertise in quoting Nexus materials

-        Facilitate order management – responsible for processing orders and driving on-time delivery

-        Drive accurate and on-time billing and payment collection activities

 

Qualifications Required:

- 3 years working experience with at least 1 year on material planning/MRP area.

- Familiar with ERP system, knowledge in SAP is plus.

- Strong teamwork spirit and communication skills.

- Good sense and skills on data analysis/reporting and inventory control.

- Good English and computer skills.

- Bachelor degree or above in Science / Engineering / Business / Logistic.
