1负责各项目物料请购单基础信息核对及审批、ERP系统内下单（确认下单规格型号、数量）

2跟踪请购单到货情况，安排调拨发货。和采购确认到货日期及到货情况，及时回复各项目

3和各项目负责人核对备用金金额、安排预支

4核对各项目人员各项报销的出处、金额，少量收据进行补票，没有发票的提供发票明细请财务安排开票，审核完毕交财务安排报销

5工程请款资料核实、请款金额核对及审批，做好登记后提交采购

6每月10号前统计好各项目的考勤和出差补贴

7协助项目人员进行其他事务处理（文件敲章、资料准备、协助项目人员和其他部门沟通其他事宜）

8协助项目上给的送货单及时做好入库/月底完成现存量库存核对/每隔一天做通风入库及出库/现存量库存-每周项目上做一次出库

任职要求:

1大专及以上学历（专业不限），有两年相关工作经验

2能熟练操作office办公软件、ERP系统

3具有较强的沟通能力及协调能力，语言表达能力强

4工作认真仔细、耐心细致，有较强的责任心，有团队合作精神

Shanghai Shengjian Environment Technology co., ltd, is a high-tech enterprises and system service provider which provide professional air pollution control solution methods, and it is committed to industry exhaust gas control.
