职位描述：
岗位职责：
1．根据公司生产经营情况，提出产品成本核算的方法和流程，报上级批准后实施；
2．根据成本核算的需要，设计相关的统计报表（库存商品采购、辅料、及相关费用）；每月审核各种统计报表，确保各种统计数据准确无误；
3．根据审核无误的相关统计报表和其他成本核算资料，进行成本核算、编制相关会计凭证；
4．根据库存商品收、发、结存制度，监督库存商品的收、发、存情况，定期或不定期对库存商品进行抽盘，对盘点盈亏进行分析并报告主管领导，根据领导的批复进行相关账目的调整；
5．协助主管领导进行费用预算和定额成本制定，协同相关部门严格控制成本费用，促进增产节约，增收节支，提高企业的经济效益;
6．对系统结转毛利与标准成本进行对比分析，针对异常项目进行分析并提出改善措施；
7．组织实施成本考核计算分析产品成本结构，进行产品创新分析；
8．保管好各种凭证、账簿、报表及有关成本计算资料，防止丢失或损坏，按月装订并定期归档。
9．每月月底按时分摊各相关待摊、递延费用以及各项预提费用；
10．每月编制成本分析报告，揭示产品成本和成本结构详细情况及存在问题，为领导提供相关决策咨询；
11．完成领导安排的其他工作。

任职要求：
1、财务、会计等一本等以上学历，具有会计从业资格证书，具有会计职称者优先；
2、1年以上会计工作经验，并熟悉制造类财务成本计划，包括对原材料、库存商品的出入库核算和经验，除了成本核算，在其它财务核算方面也熟悉者优先；
3、对数据有较强的敏感度，熟练使用办公软件，熟悉处理较大体量的数据加工整理。
4、工作细致、严谨，良好的人际沟通能力，具有良好的职业操守；
