Requirements 要求
？ College (1-year) graduates or above, majored in engineering, mechanics, or similar.
？ Familiar with manufacturing processes such as machining, welding, surface treatment, etc.
？ Knowledge of quality control principles and quality systems, such as ISO and inspection methods.
？ Can read, explain, analyze, and modify technical drawings.
？ Experience in use of Solid Works.
？ Good English skill, can speak, read and write.
？ Intermediate level skills in the Microsoft Office including Excel and Word.
？ Self-motivated communicator.

？ Work as a technical support in manufacturing partner´s facilities as a part of local team.
？ Work as assistant for administration and local finance issues.
？ Locally responsible person for localization including drawing updates.
？ Act as an operations project manager in assigned projects including scheduling and reporting.
？ Responsible for Andon reporting and communication with engineering department in Finland.
？ Responsible for quality inspections incoming goods and components.
