职位描述：

计划工程师属于项目部，与各项目经理由紧密的工作联系并协调所有部门保证项目良好进度。将他的工作汇报给项目经理们并直接汇报给项目部经理。

- 当新合同签订时：创建项目的计划

- 在投标期时：创建方案的计划

- 创建并跟踪主要采购活动，大技术问题的时间计划以及ADJV总计划。

- 按照进度，新问题以及项目变更更新计划

- 组织与项目相关部门召开计划会议：项目经理，采购部，生产部，技术部以及质量部

- 更新计划指标并向ADJV的高管汇报

- 确定并管理关键路径，修复计划以及行动计划按照公司目标达到产品交货期

按照项目需要建立采购需求。

The planning engineer is integrated in the PRM department. He works very closely to the project managers and coordinates all departments to ensure the good progress of the projects. He reports his work to the project managers and reports directly to Project Department Manager.

- When a new contract is signed: create the schedules of the project.

- During the bidding phase: create the schedule for the proposal.

- Create and follow specific schedules related with the main procurement activities, big technical issue and general schedule for ADJV.

- Update the schedule according to the progress, new issues and change in the projects

- Organise scheduling meeting with departments involved in the project: Project Manager, Procurement department, Manufacturing department, Technical department and Quality department.

- Update the scheduling indicators and report to the top management of ADJV.

- Identify and manage critical paths, recovery schedule and action plans to reach the delivery date of the products according to the objective of the company.

- Establish the Purchase Requests according to the needs of the project.

岗位要求：

1． 在类似产业项目管理，计划或者操作协调方面具有5年以上经验;/More than 5 years experienced in a similar industry in project management, scheduling or coordination of operations.

2． 掌握IT软件：EXCEL和MS project;/ Master the IT software: Excel and MS project.

3． 良好的英语/中文听，说，写能力;/ Shall have a good ability in listening, speaking and writing in English/Chinese.

4. 有效沟通能力，写作以及口头。/Capability to communicate effectively, both in writing and orally.

5. 机械、电气、项目管理或相关专业本科及以上学历/Bachelor or above degree in mechanical, electrical, project management or related major.
