1、参与数控工装、夹具、量具的设计和验证;

2、编制数控加工工艺卡；

3、编制零件加工刀具方案，审核非标刀具设计；

4、各类数控车床及加工中心的操作和编程，包括FANUC、MAZAK车床、加工中心操作系统，Heidenhain加工中心操作系统；

5、 验证、优化数控加工工艺（机床选择、刀具、程序、切削参数等）；

6、对相关人员进行CNC操作、编程基础培训、刀具使用维护培训，CNC相关管理文件的完善和备档；

7、现场零件加工问题的分析处理。

任职要求：

1、全日制大专及以上学历，机械类相关专业，有同等工作经验3年以上；

2、熟悉HEIDENHAIN，FANUC 等数控操作系统。

3、能进行独立的编写程序；

4、熟悉工装夹具的制作；

5、熟悉机加工工艺；

6、熟悉刀具构造；
