Job Description:

1.Drive for business process reengineering effort to develop consistent process, streamline operations and improve efficiency.
2.Conduct business process improvement work including current state process mapping and to-be state process development.
3.Identify necessary changes, associated stakeholders and the implementation of changes that are critical in implementing the to-be state.
4.Coordinate the implementation of business process improvement efforts across the operations.
5.Audit existing processes periodically and update process mapping when appropriate.
6.Benchmark the breakdown cost of current/new products to support cost target setting and generate ideas of cost improvement opportunities.
7.Lead key project as Integral Project Leader & participate in different project teams as the project member.
8.Support business case and feasibility study to help management make decision.
9.Provide regular report for operation performance against target and saving status to management team.
10.Inspire improvement and team working atmosphere in the organization.

Job Requirement:

1.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business administration or related fields.
2.Minimum 6 years experience, within which 3 years experience in business process reengineering is required.
3.Demonstrated a solid grasp of business concepts, realistic judgment, and quantitative and critical thinking skills.

4.Acquired skills of cost breakdown and benchmarking.
5.Strong communication skills & master presentation skills.
6.IE background and Lean/Six Sigma experience with a minimum of Green Belt certification, with a Black belt certification desirable.
7.Good understanding of lighting industry operations is preferred.
