Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Adhere to Safety procedure and policies in accordance with safety management system.
1) Develop HSE road map for existing facility and new expansions where 80% of the staff is former state-owned plant employees.
2) Ensure management and the organization of plant has the tools required to perform a systematic approach to continual improvement.
3) Ensure compliance with company HSE policy and actively encourage staff participation in Safety activities and thus ensure that target zero accidents is maintained in Weatherford Shifang Plant.
4)Monitor new laws and regulations to determine potential impact upon the Company, and develop and recommend appropriate changes to procedures and practices as appropriate.
5)Monitor the reporting of accidents and incidents, by developing and submitting regular HSE statistics for presentation to Company management, Client companies and members of staff.
6) Develop and recommending appropriate changes to procedures process and practices.
7) Develop an internal audit team to become involved with systemic audits base on risk to the business.
8) Ensure internal and external audits are schedules as per requirements and they are correctly performed, documented and any findings are address as required.
9) Ensure Corrective Actions/Non Conformances are raised, controlled, root causes identified, corrective/preventive actions are done and implemented.
10) "5S" program enforcement and evaluation.
11) Administrate the onsite implementation on Weatherford policies, Project HSE Management processes, standing work practices, processes and procedures to personnel working on the facility.
12) Organize plant level safety meetings and participate in Regional and ALS level HSE meetings.
13) Participate in critical equipment suppliers' evaluation process.
14) Review design of fixtures and equipment installation plans.
15) Contractor HSE compliance management and contract personnel training.
16) Corporate "active caring plan" implementation and tracking.

Requirements:
1）College or Bachelor's degree holder. Engineering, environment, chemical related disciplines preferred.
2） 5+ years of experience in HSE filed, minim 2 years of management experience in manufacturing industry, multinational company or JV experience is preferred.
3） Chinese, UK or US certified safety engineer qualification preferred.
4） Good presentation skills.
5） Fluent in spoken and written English.
