Job Duties:

Manage and implement all HR functions according to dealership policies to achieve smooth business operation and high employee satisfaction.

Requirements：

- College diploma, preferable with special focus on HR management;

- Minimum 8 years working experience in HR management with at least 4 years at supervisory level, including recruitment, compensation, HR operation and employee relation;

- Good mastery of statutory and local lab laws or regulations;

- Experience in the high-end brand retail industry or multi-national company is preferred;

- Good command of English;

- Strong communication, interpersonal, organization and coaching skills;

- Familiar with MS Office software like Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
