Field Risk Officer oversees all site security operations in the field and requires dedicated bilingual Field Security Operators allocated to Drilling, MCP and Operations.

This position is based in Nanba, Dazhou City. Work schedule is 28 days on, 28 days off. Company will provide accommodations on days on. Transportation is to be provided from home location to Nanba. Salary is paid over 12 month period. Please provide CV in English.


Responsibilities:

OE - Element 1: Security of Personnel and Assets

Security of Personnel and Assets at site specific field locations in CDB area of operations:
1.Assist development of site specific security risk assessment surveys
2.Assist development of site specific security risk mitigation planning and operational concepts\
3.Assist implementation of site specific security plans
4.Supervise routine security operations at various sites
5.Assist coordination of security response to incidents and emergencies


Communication
Develop effective communication channels with local authorities:
1.Police
2.Fire
3.Medical
4.Government
5.Community
Conduct liaison with all above groups to ensure coordination and cooperation for all security related activities at CDB field sites.


Coordination
1.Schedule and coordinate meetings with various stakeholders to ensure coordination and cooperation for all security related activities at CDB field sites
2.Coordinate guard force teams and local community work force to achieve optimal and cost effective security solutions at CDB field sites


Correspondence
1.Draft letters, memorandums, reports and instructions in support of field security activities as required.


Training
1.Provide site specific security training to guard force and community workers
2.Provide security awareness training and briefs to CDB and contractor staff as required
