This position is based in Nanba, Dazhou City. Work schedule is 28 days on, 28 days off. Company will provide accommodations on days on. Transportation is to be provided from home location to Nanba. Supervisor Functions:
Provides supervision, leadership to the Utilities Section of the facilities, including steam generation, boilers, water treatment, air and nitrogen generation, produced water treatment, sewage treatment and other utilities to support plant, administration, sulfur plant and field locations. Responsible for technical summary of assigned area of responsibility, carrying out collection, summary, analysis, collation, submission and distribution of operational control measures. Understand process status of the purification equipment of the plant and putting forward improvement plan, preparing and submitting various types of reports on production and operational status. Conduct periodical patrol inspection to the production equipment; perform surveillance and inspection over the implementation of process parameters and various production orders and maintenance activities.

Key Job Responsibilities:
? This position will be responsible for managing loads, load forecasting, relay coordination and studies, and arc flash studies on 35kV, 10kV and 400V power distribution systems.
? Approves MOC's, provides recommendations and guidance regarding FE and MCP activity.
? Resolves engineering issues regarding power distribution and management system.
? Responsible for the procurement of the annual electrical budgets for PPM, ACD, and specialty projects.
? Responsible for the Electrical Library including:
o Responsible for maintaining and updating master copy of all electrical power distribution drawings, specifications, relay protection settings.
o Maintain licensed software library and update it as required.
o Maintain and update Operating and Maintenance Manual as required.
? Supervises and oversees the training and development of the electrical team.
? Responsible for writing electrical operating procedures, operating philosophies and narratives.
? Supports training programs as required and provides training materials.
? Ensures State Regulatory Compliance of electrical organization, personnel certification and licensing, and operational procedures.
? Responsible for creating, conducting, and evaluating electrical emergency response drills and the records keeping.
? Represents the Utilities Division for all electrical issues and projects that interface with MCP (Major Capital Projects) Facility Engineering, Utility Operations, Field Operations and Electrical Substation Engineer.
? Interface with electrical equipment Vendors.
? Comprehensive understanding of Electrical Power Systems and relay protection schemes.
? Comprehensive understanding of Electrical Operation and Relay Narratives.
? 100% completion rate of assigned tasks.
? Compliance with MOC policies.
? Compliance with CVX OE and design standards.
? Educational Requirements: Electrical Engineer Degree

? Work Experience:
? Comprehensive Quality: High level in "moral character, ability, diligence, performance " evaluation; familiar with all aspects of power systems and apparatus, load flow and short circuit calculations, applications, and supporting systems; have experience working with commissioning of high power electrical systems and process operations; have good organization and interpersonal communication skills.
