This position is based in Nanba, Dazhou City. Work schedule is 28 days on, 28 days off. Company will provide accommodations on days on. Transportation is to be provided from home location to Nanba. Salary is paid over 12 month period. Please provide CV in English.

Position has a direct impact on daily operations of the Chuandongbei Gas Field Project forming an essential and integral part of the daily operations for all CDB Nanba personnel and departments.
Job Responsibilities
* To coordinate the daily catering operation for the CDB Field contracted Catering Contractor
* Responsible for all Menu Cycles, Snack Provisions and VIP functions
* Coordinates recruitment of new contracted catering personnel in conjunction with contractor management ensuring that all personnel are certified and trained and have relevant health certificates
* Ensure all personnel files, timesheets and overtime reports are accurately maintained by the vendor representatives
* Provides oversight on monthly work schedule to ensure Chinese Labor Law compliance
* Processes the monthly invoices submitted by the vendor and checks for accuracy and accountability before submitting to Services Manager
* Responsible for safe work practices in the daily catering operation
* Coordinates and conducts all catering hygiene inspections and validates action item responsibilities
* Attends staff toolbox meetings and monthly safety briefings as CDB representative to provide constructive feedback.
* Collates & ensures the CDB Field POB & Movement report are updated at all times in the e room
* Accompanies Services Manager on contract negotiations Business trips, Meetings & audits to provide interpretation support In addition provides Technical translations and administrative support as required
* Owns the Uniform Process for the entire CDB Field including Coordinating the order, measurements quality control ,distribution of all Uniforms to CDB Field Staff
* Liaise with Uniform vendor for measurements, orders and design developments
* Provide Quality Assurance inspection to ensure specific standards are maintained
Job Requirements
* College degree or above
* Strong English language skills, both written and spoken English
* Strong Communication skills
* 2-3 years related working experiences, previous extensive performance in a multi-tasking supervisor position managing multiple staff with various levels of expertise or work experience is preferred.
* Good team member, positive attitude , take initiative to achieve job result
Demonstrated superior problem solving and logical thinking skills with strong attention to detail.
