职位描述：
The Planning Engineer supports the Project Management department, who is responsible for the realization of projects.

The Planning Engineer plays an important role in the projects . He is responsible for the preparation of the project schedule. Project planning is an important tool for a structured, reasonable and controllable handling of the realization of project obligations within the budget costs and within the budgeted costs and within the contractually agreed milestones for delivery of the components.

Activities that are part of the job:

? Making, controlling, monitoring and to keep up-to date the project plans, in terms of activities, occupation and prioritization, based on the supplied information.
? Matching the available man capacity and/or resources with the department managers.
? Timely identification of bottlenecks and risks surrounding the processing times, over-and under-employed of staff and costs.
? Doing cross project proposals to project- and department managers, concerning the priorities and availability of resources, for an optimal combination of projects.
? Organizing and processing of progress information to the operational planning to keep it updated (catching-up processes, modified insights and delivery times).
? Analyze the scheduling information.
? Preparing planning reports, concerning status and forecasts, for the benefit of the customer and the internal organization.
? Presenting the progress information in project consultation and/or section/department meetings.
? Giving directions and proposals with regard to the planning to the involved project team members (Project team).


Profile：
We are looking for a candidate with bachelor working and thinking level, preferably with a rounded Technical training, a minimum of 3 years’ work experience in a similar function and has knowledge of automated planning systems such as Primavera P6 and MS Project. In addition, we are looking for the following skills:
Analytical skills
Communication skills
Coordinate Planning and organizing skills
