This position is based in Nanba, Dazhou City. Work schedule is 28 days on, 28 days off. Company will provide accommodations on days on. Transportation is to be provided from home location to Nanba. Salary is paid over 12 month period. Please provide CV in English.

* Provide computer support for CDB Gas project. Ensure the CDB IT Infrastructure (computers, servers, phones, radios, desktop applications, printers, etc) are functioning and meet the needs of the end users.

* Serve as point of contact for computer system issues

* Track and monitor all issues to completion

* Coordinate the escalation of issues to 2^nd level support and ensure their Resolution

* Train and consult IT and customers on the use of the computer systems, especially MS Office applications

* Ensure compliance of the environment

* Provide excellent customer service

* Provide advanced 2^nd level support in one or more of the following areas to support IT team and CDB workforce:

* Server Support/Maintenance – (server builds, patching, applying security, etc)

* Network and Communication – (IP Phone setup, switch and router port configuration, etc)

* Desktop configuration and advanced tool use (GIL license mgt, SMS administration, GIL tools, etc)

* Communicate, collaborate, share information (English and Chinese, written and oral) with other IT team members, CDB Teams (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, etc), CVX IT organizations (ITC, ETC, etc), and application vendors in order to achieve the object of support of the technical computing environment and improve the quality of the overall IT service provided.

* Provide project management and planning for the addition and/or enhancement of computer systems.

* Bachelor Degree Preferred in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or Business Administration.

* l- 2 years or above experience in providing IT support in one or both of the functional areas above for a medium to large size company (100 above end users).

* Ability to communicate written and oral in Mandarin and English (CET Level 4 or higher is preferred)
