Project Buyer - Your Future Position?
As a Project Buyer in our Fragrance Division, you will assist IM&S (Indirect Material & Service) Projects Procurement Manager for sourcing and purchase of Indirect Materials, Equipment & Services for Givau-dan Projects in China. Sound interesting? It could well be your perfect opportunity. If, like us, you al-ways aim to exceed customer needs, deliver value and skilled at fostering strong relationships. In this exciting role you will:
? Coordinate with project team for Supplier prequalification and technical clarification with Suppli-ers.
? Prepare RFP (Request for Proposal) documents and issue inquiry to approved Bidders.
? Expedite quotations from Suppliers and perform bids evaluation, negotiation and bids award rec-ommendation in accordance with Givaudan Project Procurement Process.
? To prepare Purchase Order / Contract and create Purchase Orders in SAP/ SRM along with master data maintenance.
? Coordinate closely and communicate effectively with project team to ensure the procurement progress and schedule.
? Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, procurement policies, performance standards and specifications.

Your professional profile includes:
? Bachelor in Engineering / Commercial preferred
? 4-6 years’ experience in Project Procurement & Expediting
? Understanding of Project Procurement Processes
? Strong system skills (SAP, Microsoft Office) MUST
? Fluent in English
? Understanding of Project Procurement Processes and systems
? Financial Accounting skills
? Strong Coordination and analytical skills
