质量保证Quality assurance
-Identify the unqualified products, isolate and deal with them according to the process确认不合格产品，按流程隔离和处理
-Ensure the reworking in the correct way, and can achieve the quality requirements确保返工工作按正确的方法，并能达到质量要求
-Analyze unqualified products, confirm the feasible solution/method to make them to meet quality requirements分析不合格产品，确认可行的解决方案/方法，使其符合质量要求
-review the control plan评审控制计划
-provide the professional support t for internal and external complain (8 d, FMEA) 为内部、外部的投诉（8D，FMEA）提供专业的支持
-Coordinate and ensure that the emergencies were properly solved in other dept. Or plant协调、保证工厂或者起其他部门的紧急情况妥善解决
- Report to quality manager and direct leader the processing result of unqualified parts向质量经理和直属领导报告不合格处理情况


质量提高优化optimization of Quality improvement.
-Improve the quality standards during production process -改进生产流程中的质量标准
-To continuously provide proactive and economic measuring plan and methods for product development为产品开发持续提供具有前瞻性的、经济性的检测计划和测试方法。
-Optimize quality control process优化质量控制流程
-Reduce the scrap parts and reworking to reduce the quality cost减少报废和返工，减少质量成本
-Assist and continuously improve quality, process capability and quality cost.协助并持续改善质量，过程能力和质量成本
-Reduce the internal and external NRFT (PPM减少内外部NRFT (ppm)
-Development and optimization of measuring equipment and test methods开发和优化测量设备和检验方法
-Analyze SPC data and quality records to improve the product quality combining the GQS分析SPC-数据和质量记录，结合GQS提高产品质量

-Normal layered audit, process audit常规分层审核，过程审核
New parts新产品
-Attend new product meeting参加新产品会议
-Assist the new project of APQP, to be a positive team member.协助APQP的新项目，成为一个积极的团队成员
-Give the appropriate suggestion for new parts to project development engineer对新产品给项目开发工程师提出适当的建议
Project working项目工作
-Assist project team for process optimization协助项目组进行流程优化
Organization组织
-Train all related employees about production, control plan and measurement mothod, especially in the period of process introducing and changing. 对所有员工关于生产，控制计划和测试方法进行培训，尤其是在引进和更换流程的时候
