QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED职位要求:
?？Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical manufacturing and tooling design or
equivalent;
本科（含）以上学历，机械制造或相关专业
?？Min. 5 years working experience in machining process or welding process related; Skilled stamping mould forauto plate and be familiar with AUTOFORM, or DYNAFORM software
5 年以上机械加工相关工作经历；具有熟练的汽车板材冲压模具和焊接技术,能熟练使用相关AUTOFORM或者DYNAFORM软件；
?？Be familiar with GD&T;
精通形位公差及工程制图；
?？Be familiar with stamping process and welding process and the solution of common defects
熟悉冲压成形工艺,焊接工艺, 及常见产品缺陷的解决方法
?？Good knowledge and experience of arc welding, spot welding, projection weldingprocesses, equipment, tooling and welding quality requirement;
熟悉气体保护焊、点焊和其他形式的焊接工艺、设备、夹具以及焊接质量要求等工作；
?？Good teamwork spirit and positive work attitude
良好的团队合作精神和积极进取的工作态度；
?？Excellent computer skills and MS office
熟悉运用电脑及Office 办公软件
?？Fluent English in speaking and writing.
良好的英语沟通和书写能力；
Responsible/ Efforts/ Working Conditions 职责和工作条件:
?？Be responsible for pressing and welding process development, layout, process flow and tooling planning;
负责新产品开发中的冲压，焊接工艺方案、工艺布局、流程以及工装准备等；
?？Coordinate global engineering manufacturing group to ensure Cosma new process being transfer to AP region;
协助全球工程制造团队，确保将卡斯马新流程移交到亚太地区;
?？Lead development team prototype cost estimation, manufacture process, and quality control;
引领发展团队的预估样件成本，制造流程以及质量控制工作；
?？Be responsible for die design concept；
负责模具设计方案规划；
?？Create and maintain open issue for stamping process related, work with team to follow up
and resolve issues.
编制相关冲压工艺开发的问题清单，并和团队一起合作跟踪并解决这些问题
?？Support sales to make quotation for new business, participate in technical review;
协助报价工程师对新产品进行报价,并参与技术评审工作；
?？Work within the guidelines of the Cosma China Associate Handbook
根据公司辅助工作手册的大纲内容开展工作
?？Commitment to continuous improvement and work place safety
