ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES岗位职责:

Take care of full responsibility of purchasing, logistic, warehouse and custom issues.

Manage the supply chain with the objectives of improving quality, cost and delivery performance.

Continuous monitoring, evaluate and improve supplier performance including the regular use of audit and benchmarking techniques to objectively measure the suppliers against a range of targets and objectives.

Apply professional procurement techniques across the supply chain for all goods and services. Sourcing potential suppliers

Manage all suppliers and resolve disputes and claims with vendors/suppliers.

To work together with production regarding to the production scheduling/ordering to ensure the stock on the reasonable level.

Take care of the regular inventory of raw materials, finish goods including the PGM.
负责定期的仓库盘点, 包括原料, 成品和贵金属.
Negotiation of prices, contracts and SLA’s for company consumable and services.
公司消耗品, 合同和服务水平协议的谈判.
Negotiation of prices for supply chain services.

To secure the best possible trading terms with our suppliers and to maintain a database of supplier agreements.
保证供应商提供最好的贸易条款, 维护供应商协议的数据库.
Take care of all the related information for import and export and work together with agents to organize the import and export accordingly.
负责所有进出口相关的信息和文件, 与代理商一起组织好公司的进行出口业务.
Work closely with other function within the business in order to ensure effective and efficient interdepartmental cooperation.

Qualification资质要求:

Education in college or university
大学或大专相应教育背景

5 years or above experience in purchasing area and 3 years management of a purchasing team
5年及以上的采购物流经验, 3年及以上的采购管理经验,

Knowledge and understanding of quality standards such as ISO 9001-2008;
有一定质量标准知识和管理经验, 比如ISO体系.

Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
优秀的沟通技巧, 包括文字和语言.

Strong negotiation skills and commercial awareness.
优秀的谈判技巧和商业知识.

English in written and oral is necessary
有一定的英语能力, 包括听说读写等.
