ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES岗位职责:

?Set up business plan and sales strategy
?Lead sales team to build up and maintain the good relationship with customers.
?Lead sales team to prepare quotation and negotiate commercial terms with customers to maximize Heraeus value. Set up quotation strategy to win new business.
?Manage sale team to cooperate with all HCDC related department to launch the new project from sampling, quality procedure, PPAP till to formal SOP.
?Manage CS (customer service) team to follow up customer PO, rolling forecast. Quote and confirm price with customers per different PGM pricing models
?Regular project review with technical and R& D and close communication within global teams
?Directly manage key customers

Experience and Education教育与工作经验:

?Bachelor Degree on combustion engine, chemical engineering or business
?4 years or above working experience on commercial function
?Good skills in English and computer
?Motorcycle market working experience is preferred
?An energetic, forward-thinking and creative individual with an appropriate professional image and team player
