Job Title : Senior Executive, Sales Training
Purpose of the Job
To assist sales training needs analysis, develop training plans organize/conduct training and manage training records according to the set training plans.
Primary/Key Responsibilities & Measurement Criteria
1. Coach and guide Training Academy and Training Hubs’ trainer to perform training professionally.
2. Consolidate training needs feedback from LSH training hub and dealerships.
Prepare and monitor training plans for training hub based on the available training resources from LSH, MBCL or external providers.
3. Be in charge of coordination, preparation, and follow-up for the scheduled training to ensure training smoothly completed.
Maintain and update training records accurately and timely.
4. Conduct sales training .Post training monitor and follow-up.
5. Revise and update training materials.
6. Prepare required training reports per requested by line manager.
7. Update training records accurately and timely.
Minimum Requirement
Degree/Diploma: Bachelor
Major: business, marketing or automotive relevant field.
Related Working Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in auto sales business, 2 years or above experience in training.
Knowledge
1. Well understanding MB brand, products and the competitors.
2. Good presentation skills.
3. Good training concept and skills.
Competency

3. Integrity
4. Communication skills
5. Interpersonal skills
6. Organization skills
Good to Have
1. Hardworking
2. able to handle pressure
