POSITION SUMMARY
To ensure the proper HR management in place to support the business growth in partner in Dan Yang. The incumbent will be close with partners as a coordinator, change agent and facilitator to help the organization to achieve its goals.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Deliver guidance, coaching, support and seeking resources and supports for human resources function in partners
2.Translate guidance from corporate level into action plans in Dan Yang and coordinate with Partners to drive implementation of HR initiatives, by adhering to corporate governance model
3.Work closely with all partners to continuously improve employee engagement, act as employee advocate and work to minimize grievances and handle employee issues, in order to create a healthy and favourable working environment
4.Supervise and monitor the compliance with government regulations and company policies
5.Facilitate appropriate change management initiatives associated with organizational transition activities

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
?Bachelor degree and major in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Behaviour or business related discipline is preferred; Master degree will be a plus
?Demonstratable HR experience at least 10 years with clear progression in terms of responsibilities and scope of roles including management experience
?Experience in dealing with high level of complexity in an ever-changing MNC business environment
?Manufacturing background with JV is highly preferred
?In-depth knowledge of local labor law and labour contract and market practice
?Strong communications skills including formal and informal presentations both verbal and written and fluent in English
