Responsibilities:

1. Assist Finance manager to prepare monthly Group, management reports under IFRS GAAP;
2. Assist on budget and reforecast;
3. Ensure Partner finance to follow Group Finance Manual;
4. Review the reports for Partner entities to ensure accuracy and compliance;
5. Monitor Partners accrual list, stock and bad debt provisions to ensure the expenses are accurately booked;
6. Coordinate month-end closing and year-end closing;
7. Coordinate internal and external audits;
8. Maintain reconciliation between PRC & IFRS GAAP;
9. Control working capital;
10. Ensures partners adhere to legal and operational compliance requirements.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in accounting or finance;
2. Experience & knowledge: Minimum 6 years accounting and reporting experience in MNC, supervising experience is preferred;
3. Good interpersonal skills
4. Good communication skills and teamwork spirit;
5. Proficiency in Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
