职位描述
Responsibility:
1.Prepare and release PO and follow up the delivery schedule.
2.Conduct MRP (Material Request Proposal) process
3.Follow up the progress of orders, take necessary measures to ensure punctual supply of goods
4.Work closely with the overseas suppliers and forwarders to ensure delivery on time
5.Conduct Goods receipt in SAP, follow up quality issue and goods discrepancies with suppliers and assist accounting team to verify the invoices from suppliers
6.Maintain vendor and material master data in SAP
Requirement:
- 3 years procurement experience
- Possess cultural awareness and sensitivity, demonstrate sound work ethics and behave proactively on duties
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with outstanding business acuteness
- Strong analytical skills, familiar with contractual terms
- Detail oriented, self-motivated and self-discipline
- excellent English, both written and oral
- Proficient knowledge in MS Office (word, excel, PowerPoint) and be familiar with SAP system
