Responsibility,


1. Bookkeeping for trading company in UFIDA and SAP ( daily trading transactions and daily expenditure);
2. Review payment request to ensure application in line with external or internal regulation;
3. Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date;
4. Ensure that the receivables and payables ledger is accurate at all times;
5. Work closely with HK Accountant to investigate and resolve coustomer queries;
6. Other tasks assigned by Senior Accountant or Accounting Manager.



Requirements,


1.Bachelor or above, major in accounting, finance, economics or related;

2.Half year internship experiences is preferred
3.Familiar with bookkeeping in UFIDA (SAP is preferred );
4.High sense of responsibility, self-motivated;
5.Engaging & influential communication/negotiation skill;
6.Keen observation, analysis and coordination ability;
7.Good time keeping at all times;
8.Honest and strictly complying with professional ethics;
9.Excellent team work and working well under pressure.
10.Computer proficiency in MS-Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
11Good command of written and oral English;
