Responsibility:

Produce and Simulate CNC programs in the UGI NX

Select the Tool for the program

Work together with tools supplier do for cutting tests and select for the tool and make PR

Work with the DNC to bring the Programs to the machines

Work together with the German development department

Work together with the production and development department bring new input in the Company

Get the drawings from the SAP and UGI NX

Put the times for in the SAP

Create work plans

Retraction of the programs on the machine

Make programs for 5 aches machines

TMS (Tool Management System) put 3D drawings behind the tools and give them numbers.



Requirements:



Metal material or machining engineering bachelor degree

Above 8 years programming experiences, including 5 years SAP and UGI NX experiences.

Good knowledge about machines and Tools equipment, quality control tools, such as PFMEA, SPC, PFD, etc.

Ability to work independently and in team

Good command English both in written and verbal.

Skilled with Microsoft based software

Good Knowledge in TDM, CAM/CAD, UGI NX, PP, Siemens 840D and 840DSL, ISO programs

Good Understand about drawings
