Position Summary:
Receive customer order and satisfy customer requirement. To achieve the company benefit maximization

Job Responsibilities:
? Coordinate with customer for pre-sale activity. Get the Customer requirement.
? Management customer. Receive customer order. Assist to fulfill the delivery rate, maximize Customer satisfaction
? Issued finish goods shipping plan and delivery note to warehouse.
? Analyze and present customer driven trends and projections to production planner in order to properly manage plant capacity and manning.
? Contact with customer to make sure without shipping missed. .
? Assure high level of data and transactional integrity in the SAP system
? Assist to complete AR, follow up finance invoice. .
? Complete other task manager requires.

Basic Qualifications:
? College degree or above in a scientific field.
? Three years related experience.
? Experience in sales or customer service.

? Manual Dexterity: Work requires a few simple but rapid hand operations with minimal requirement for accuracy or placement.
