Position Summary:

This position is major responsible for quality system documents control of the Professional Solution at Dandong operation. This shall include: build up and complete quality management system, maintain the effectiveness of quality management system , update and release the quality system documents.

Job Responsibilities

·Organizing effectiveness of quality management system ISO/TS. Monitor all department in company to carry out, implement and improve continually.Control all department quality system documents and make sure all the documents are latest version during daily work.

·Organizing internal audit and process audit.

·Be responsible of CCC/UL/ETL plant audit; Organize relative department to get ready for audit and make tracking corrective action ; make sure all the audit files are correct and fit.

·Be reponsible of implement PLM system and SAP interface; maintain PLM and SAP system new material basic date and production BOM

·Be reponsible of calibration of test tools . Make calibration schedule yearly and organize calibrate on schedule

·Participate in other quality function work , such as change control, supplier quliaty control and so on.

 

 

Basic Qualifications:
 
·3 years or more related experience in electronic manufacturing or machining

·Having a certain knowledge of quality system , it’s best to participate internal or external audit.

·Having some hands on experience on SAP or ERP system preferred.

·Good organizing ability

·Good communication and coordinating skills

·Good learning skill and self motivation

·Good at English written and spoken

 

Preferred Qualifications:

·Good experience in ISO9000 or TS16949 quality system.

·Willingness to work in an office in Dandong
