Position Summary:
? This position is responsible for developing new transducers and process.
? This position is responsible for solving the problems on line.
? In this function s/he reports to Pro.Engineer Manager.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
? No direct report to him
Job Responsibilities:
? Support design group on transducer development for professional applications
- Change management during new product development phase
- Develop transducer samples and prototypes, create reports
- Direct project team, and all support organizations, to complete all related issues
? Solve technical issues on the production line and communicate effectively with affected parties.
? Prepare relevant documentation.

- Flow chart
- PFMEA
- Standard worksheet
? Provide the initiated process data for cost accountant to calculate the cost for the new enquiring quotation project.

? Others to be assigned.

Basic Qualifications:
? At least 3+ years of experience in engineering background, transducer experience in priority.
? Knowledge and experience in using CAD software, such as Auto CAD, solidworks, ProE etc.
? Proficient with loudspeaker measurement tools such as Soundcheck, MLSSA, Klippel etc.
? Willing to learn
? Capability to work independently
? Work in a multi-culture environment
? Team player
