职位描述：
1. 市场信息、客户资料、报价资料、合同等部门文件的归档、整理；
File and arrange dept. documents of market information, customer data, RFQ data, contract & etc.
2. 制定月销售计划，处理客户订单；
Prepare monthly sales plan, and arrange customer’s orders;
3. 负责制定发运计划，组织货物发运，及发货后的客户签收确认；
Responsible to prepare delivery schedule, organize cargoes delivery and signature confirmation by customer after delivery;
4. 管理中转库，监控内外库的库存量；
Manage outsourcing warehouse, supervise inventory amount of internal & external warehouse;
5. 负责发货后的开票以及资金的回笼；
Responsible to issue invoice and chase due payment after delivery;
6. 协助销售部经理以及客户经理，参与新项目跟踪；
Assist Sales Dept. Manager & Account Manager to follow up new project;
7. 接待来访客户，协调公司内相关部门与客户的交流；
Reception of visiting customer, coordinate the communication between related dept. of the company and customer;
8. 维护内部ERP系统的销售数据，维护与客户相关的订单信息体系、供应链平台、网络等；
Maintenance sales data of internal ERP system, and customer’s PO system, supply chain collaboration platform, e-mail system and etc.;
9. 与客户保持联系，做好售后服务，澄清不合理的抱怨及罚款；
Keep in touch with customer, make good service for after sales, and clarify unreasonable complaint & punishment;
10.进行客户满意度调查；
Make customer satisfaction research;
11. 制定各类销售报表和公司例会等报告；
Make all kinds of sales list and reports of company regular meeting and etc.;
12. 作为公司的窗口，要维护企业的良好形象。

Job Requirement:
1. 汽车工程、市场营销等相关专业大专及以上学历；
College graduation and above with major in automobile engineering, marketing and etc.
2. 销售管理经验一年及以上；
Sales management experience of one year and above;
3. 熟悉汽车行业动态和汽车零部件产品；
Strong understanding of automotive industry and components;
4. 英语或德语听、说、读、写良好；
Good at English or German listening, speaking, reading and writing;
5. 熟练的电脑操作技能；
Good at operate skill of computer;
6. 有良好的交流和协调能力。
