工作职责
岗位描述/职责
1. 负责井式热处理炉/台车炉设备的操作/工件吊装以及清洗；
2. 根据热处理工艺要求正确设定各项热处理参数,并完成相关记录和设备日常保养;
3. 保持生产现场整洁,完成当班所需的5S工作;
4. 协助完成设备部门进行设备维修和保养;
5. 其他热处理主管分配的任务.
Job Description/Responsibility
1. Be responsible for pit furnace and bogie furnace operation, component lift and washing.
2. Set parameters correctly for furnace and washing machine, finish daily record and daily maintenance ;
3. Keep workshop clean, finish 5S work every duty .
4. Cooperate with equipment repair and maintenance;
5. Other tasks given by HT supervisor.

1. 具有行车天车等特种设备的安全操作证书；
2. 具备热处理基本知识；
3. 熟练使用电脑；
